Welcome to the website for the Math Refresher portion of the 2021 MS Analytics Bootcamp! We hope you find the resources here helpful for your studies at Georgia Tech.

Workshop Goals

The purpose of the Math Refresher portion of the MS Analytics Bootcamp is to provide an accelerated lecture and workshop which will help you refresh the parts of mathematics that you once knew but may have forgotten, but will be very relevant for you throughout your degree program.

This site and the resources here includes lecture notes and workshop problems for you to try yourself. It is recommended that you try as many problems as you can, as the goal of the workshop is to make sure you are able to do similar problems unassisted during the MSA program.

That said, everyone is expected to be at different levels coming in to the Bootcamp. So at this point if you have any questions at any time please don't hesitate to ask!

Dr. Bekki George is an Academic Professional in the School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech. Bekki currently coordinates and teaches undergraduate level math courses at Georgia Tech, and has taught several probability and statistics, linear algebra and calculus courses.

Dr. Greg Mayer is a Lecturer in the School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech. Greg also teaches undergraduate level courses at the 1000 and 2000 level and has taught and coordinated several calculus and linear algebra courses.
